Returns – Changes
In case you wish to return or change all or part of your order, this is possible within 14 calendar days of receipt. In case you want a return of the product or in case the replacement of a product is not possible due to lack of stock quantity, we will refund its monetary value.
The cost of return is borne by the customer unless the reason for return is the fault of the company (defective product), in which case the cost of return is borne by the company. For hygiene reasons, returns of swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, tights and jewelry are not accepted, unless they are defective.
The returned product must be in its original condition, without removing the special markings of the product (protectors, tabs, labels), and must not have undergone any processing (washing, processing). When returning, all additional accessories of the product (belt, hood, spare buttons, etc.) should be included.
In any case, the procedure to follow is as follows:
- Fill in the return form that you will find here.
- Pack the product in the original or other packaging, place the purchase receipt inside the package and the return form properly completed.
- You call the courier of your area to pick up the parcel and send them to the address Dekelias 2, Acharnai, Athens, 14342
If the reason for the return is our fault and the return cost is borne by the company, the shipment of the products should be done through the General Postal Courier. In another case and if the return cost is borne by you, send the products with the courier of your choice.
The refund is made within 5 working days from the receipt of the returned goods and the quality control by our company, through EUROBANK. Shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. The company bears no responsibility for the pricing policy of other banks and is not obliged to pay the costs for remittances to banks other than EUROBANK.
